From the M5 southbound, follow the signs to the A380 for Torquay.When you arrive in Torquay follow signs to the Seafront (Note as you are coming into Torquay the road splits at Torre StationHalfords; take the right hand fork (Avenue Road) signposted Harbour and Seafront). At the seafront turn left and keep in the LEFT lane. Keep straight on at the lights, past the Abbey Gardens, then the balloon. Keep in the LEFT lane as you pass the balloon. Stay in the left lane at the next set of traffic lights and you will see a hill ahead of you. Drive up the hill (Sheddon Hill Rd), past Applebys. St Lukes Road is the 2nd turning on the right at the top of the hill and the hotel is 50 yards along St. Lukes Road on the left.
