Mulberry House is a Victorian grade II listed property built in 1860 retaining much of its original charm and character from this bygone age. This unique guest house is located on a quiet street in Torquay the heart of the English Riviera. Close to the main Torquay shopping centre restaurants beach nightlife and other attractions in Torquay. At Mulberry House we believe small is beautiful. Due to the size of our guest house (three bedrooms) we are able to offer a more personalized friendly service which is often lacking in larger establishments and hotel chains. All rooms are fully en-suite with power showers tea/coffee making facilities hairdryers flat screen televisions and FREE wifi internet access. Early breakfast available on request all major credit cards accepted. Relax and enjoy a fresh tea / coffee in our guest lounge after a busy day in the resort. N.B Mulberry House is a totally NON SMOKING enviroment.
Approach Torquay on the A3022 Avenue Road untill you arrive at the the sea front. Turn Right onto Torbay Road (B3199) and right again into Belgrave Road. Continue up Belgrave Road taking the first right into Scarborough Road. Mulberry House is located on the corner of Scarborough Rd and Croft Rd. Torquay Train Station 1.08 miles from Mulberry House i.e a fifteen minute walk. Parking is available in Scarborough Rd and in the surrounding streets but please note that we do NOT have a guest car park.
