The Lawnswood is a Victorian built house. Situated in a quiet street within walking distance of the seafront harbour and shops.All six bedrooms are en-suite with the highest standards on offer at all times.
The Lawnswood is a Victorian house situated in a quiet street just off the main road into Torquay. The house comprises a dining room and six bedrooms. All bedrooms are en-suite with TV/DVD player (plenty of DVD's to choose from) free beverage making facilities sewing kit shoe shine and a hair dryer ironing facilities are available. On the ground floor are the dining room and a double bedroom. The rest of the accommodation is a Family Treble Twin Double with King size bed Double and a single are on the first floor. We are a few minutes walk from the Riviera Conference Centre the seafront and the Princes Theatre. A comfortable ten minute stroll will take you to the town centre harbour and the main shopping area. Also in this area are a variety of pubs clubs and restaurants to suit all tastes. We are on the main bus routes to Paignton Brixham and Dartmouth. There is also a ferry to Brixham/Darmouth from Torquays main pier. Dartmoor National Park is approximately 15 miles away offering tranquillity and breaktaking scenery. Please Note: We are a No-Smoking property. Regrettably we cannot accept pets. Check-In time: 14:00 and Check-Out time: 11:00.
Enter torquay on the main Newton Abbott road (A380)As you enter Torquay and start passing all the major retailers(Riveria way) make sure you stay in the left hand lane and follow signs for Paington and sea front.You will pass a few traffic lights and then on your right hand side you will see Halfords, and a large amount of blue storage vechiles, make sure you turm right here (Avenue road) and follow signs for sea front. (3-4 mins for sea front)Turn left at sea front and left again into Belgrave road.Go along Belgrave road and take first right, approx 400 meteres into Scarborough road.we are 50 metres on left.Call us if you are unsure and we will direct you.
