From Newton Abbot on the A308:
- Follow signs for Torquay, then for the sea front and Riviera Conference Centre.
- Taking the right fork at Torre station/Halfords sign into Avenue Road.
- Follow the road through the set of lights and we are just before the next traffic lights on the left, by the red post box, opposite the park.

Avenue Park is within 5 minute level walk from the train station with regular trains direct to Torquay station.

Coach travel is also an option with the coach and bus station in central Torquay.

Double Rooms

All en suite double rooms offer clean, comfortable, stylish accommodation. There are different styles of room but all are well equipped, newly updated and have free beverage trays and toiletries, clock-radios and towels.

Superior Room

Superior rooms are larger and have a king-size bed, stylish decor and open views across the park through large bay windows. The rooms have free beverage trays and toiletries, a clock-radio and comfortable, soft seating areas.

Twin Room

Twin rooms offer full en suite facilities and provide for adult guests sharing a room in single beds, or for younger family members needing a room of their own.

Family Rooms (Occupancy Options: 2-3 Adults and 1-3 Children)

There are 2 en suite family rooms. Room 8 is on the ground floor and provides accommodation for up to 3 children and 2 adults maximum. There is a double bed and a full-size bunk bed that also has a full-size, pull-out single bed, or room for a travel cot. Pricing is based on 2 children and 2 adults; an extra child or cot is charged at GBP 20 per night.<BR><BR>Room 3 is on the first floor and has a double and a single bed with the option to add another single bed or a travel cot. Total occupancy is 4. It offers a view over the park and the Chelston area. <BR><BR>Important: please provide details of children's ages and the number of adults when booking these rooms. These rooms are for use as family rooms only and group bookings (such as stag and hen parties) will not be accepted.
