Ashurst Lodge Hotel provides 3 star accommodation in a quiet road in the heart of Torquay. Originally a Victorian private residence it has been converted to offer modern day comforts. Our aim is to make your stay with us a memorable one so whether you are looking for a holiday or short break business or leisure you will find Ashurst Lodge an ideal choice for your accommodation. Our Rooms are clean and comfortable our breakfast is tasty and generous and the hosts are friendly and helpful. We offer free parking on site for guests and we are located about 500 metres from the Rivera International Conference and Leisure Centre. The town centre with its marina bars shops and restaurants is a 10 minute walk away and the beach is approximately 700 metres in the other direction. We can offer complimentary transfer to and from the railway/ coach station with prior arrangement.
From the end of the M5 take the A380 following the signs for Newton Abbot and then for Torquay. After the fifth set of lights on entering Torquay look out for the Halfords store on your right hand side. Stay in the left hand lane. At the next set of traffic lights get into the right hand lane. Follow the road ahead past three more sets of lights and onto Belgrave road. The second street on your left is Church Street. Take this road and when you reach the T-Junction at the top, Ashurst Lodge is on your immediate right.
